JEAN-PIERRE BOLADIAN
FOUNDER & DESIGN PRINCIPAL
JP has a flair in all aspects of the profession, balanced by +30 years of being in the industry. Since an early age, he was a protégé to his father, a Middle Eastern master in construction and building from Beirut. JP earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Woodbury University in 1994 and has been involved in +500 projects across the US and internationally. He has established a distinguished reputation within the community throughout SoCal. From 2009 to 2012 he served as a Commissioner on the City of Glendale Design Review Board.
NATHAN BATTLE
ARCHITECT
With his experience in construction and engineering, ranging across different building types from banks to convalescent homes, Nathan is the steady hand that inculcates the team. He has been a licensed architect in the state of California since 1983 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1976.
FARNOOSH FARMER
ASSOCIATE PARTNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Farnoosh joined the firm with a vision to build on JP’s considerable expertise. She is actively exploring inventive ways to transcend the conventions that have shaped the firm’s culture for more than 20 years. Her focus is on implementing creative design methodologies, which stems from her interest in intertwining art and architecture. Farnoosh holds a Master of Architecture II from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (2018,) and a Master of Urban Design from the Iran University of Science and Technology (2014.) She currently sits on the board of the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design.
TRACY MINASIANS
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Tracy graduated from Woodbury University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, bringing fresh perspectives to the team. With a quaint background in residential projects, Tracy is eager to expand her expertise in the architectural field. Her design interests are rooted in sustainable architecture, reflecting a commitment to environmentally responsible and resource-efficient practices.

Anahit is currently a student at Glendale Community College, majoring in architecture. As a novice in the field, she is an inquisitive learner, actively seeking to acquire knowledge and hands-on experience within the firm.
